Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Anthrocket and its AI assistant, ANTH (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Anthrocket
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company.
2. The Service
Anthrocket is currently offered as a prototype and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time. Usage limits (such as a per-visitor question cap) may apply and can be adjusted without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- generate harmful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or sexually explicit content involving minors;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or circumvent limits or security controls;
- present AI output as professional legal, medical, tax, or financial advice from a licensed provider.
4. Your content and AI output
You keep ownership of the prompts you submit. You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use the responses. Subject to applicable law, you own the output generated for you. AI output may be similar for different users, so we cannot guarantee exclusivity.
5. AI disclaimer
ANTH can be wrong. Responses may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, and tool or vendor recommendations are informational only and are not endorsements. Verify anything important, especially business, financial, legal, or safety decisions, before acting on it.
6. Intellectual property
Anthrocket, the Anthrocket logo, ANTH, and the site design are our property. Third-party names, tools, and trademarks mentioned in responses belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthrocket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination and changes
We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what we collect when you use Anthrocket, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Chat content: the messages you send to ANTH and the responses generated for you.
- Usage data: pages viewed, approximate device and browser info, and basic analytics events collected via Google Analytics.
- Local storage: your chat history and question counter are stored in your own browser so your session persists. Clearing site data removes them.
We do not ask for or require an account, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
- to generate responses and operate the Service;
- to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse;
- to understand aggregate usage and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your chats for advertising.
Service providers
To generate responses, your messages are sent to third-party AI model providers that process them on our behalf. We also use analytics and hosting providers. These providers process data under their own terms and security practices.
Retention
Chat history lives primarily in your browser. Any server-side logs are kept only as long as needed for operating, securing, and debugging the Service, then deleted or aggregated.
Your choices and rights
You can clear your chat history and stored counter at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. Under laws such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal information. Email us and we will respond within the time required by law.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
International users
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy; the “last updated” date above will change. Privacy questions: hello@anthrocket.com.
